The client was struggling with three main areas of its business – capital planning, operating budget and a departmental people plan – which hindered its ability to streamline existing processes, compare budgets against actuals and provide upper management with justifications for capital requests.
What We Did
Working as a representative of DAI Source, Inc, Cumberland Irving constructed a TM1-based application in Architect that included capital planning, operating budget and high-level departmental people plan models. Additionally, Cumberland Irving provided the application design, quality assurance, training/knowledge transfer and staff development.
Nirvana
The client was able to seamlessly view, analyze and report data to better manage capital planning, operating budget and departmental people plans. With the application in place, the company was better equipped to streamline processes, compare data and better justify its capital requests.
