What We Did
Cumberland Irving worked with the internal IT team to create an IBM Cognos TM1 cube to capture and provide a multidimensional analysis of all the transactional details and activity associated with a sale.
The client was better equipped to make strategic business decisions as they were now able to view sales data by manager, by truck stop, by client and by geographical location. They gained the ability to see sales components at a summary level and track discounts and returns.
